IK UCHE RETURNS FROM INJURY

Super Eagles striker Ikechukwu Uche is available for selection after recovering fully from an hamstring strain in his right leg which kept him out of the team for three weeks.

The Nigerian striker who has been overlooked by coach Stephen Keshi for next month's international friendly against Mexico in Miami suffered the injury while in action for his side in their 3-1 win over Osasuna .He is expected to feature for Villareal in Monday's clash away to Espanyol at the Cornellà-El Prat stadium.

It will be recalled that Uche started the new year in prolific fashion as he bagged a hat-trick for Villarreal in their 5-2 win away at Rayo Vallecano.

Uche, has played 19 times in the La Liga so far this term with 12 goals to his credit for the Yellow Submarines who are currently fifth on the La Liga log with 40 points from 24 matches.
